We have a simple and hassle-free process for getting your property’s exterior repaired after damage occurs. Here are the steps we take:

  • We offer a free inspection of your property’s exterior to identify any damage that may be covered by your insurance company under a no-fault claim.


  • If we find damage, you can file a claim with your insurance company.


  • We’ll meet with your insurance adjuster at your property to review the damage together and ensure that all necessary repairs are accounted for.


  • If your insurance company doesn’t agree to pay the full replacement cost value, you won’t owe us anything for the time we’ve invested. However, once your insurance company agrees to pay the claim, you can choose the colors of your new roof, siding, and other materials.


  • Many insurance companies use estimating software to determine repair costs, and we’ll work with them directly to resolve any pricing discrepancies. You’ll only need to pay your deductible, and we’ll handle the rest.


  • In most cases, insurance companies use a two-check system for payment. You’ll receive the first check, which is usually 50%-70% of the total claim amount (known as “actual cash value”). After we receive this check and deliver building materials, we’ll assign a crew to begin construction.


  • Once repairs are complete, we’ll submit a final invoice to your insurance company and release the final check to you. This check will include depreciation and any additional supplements. You’ll then forward this payment to us.
